Individuals may voluntarily join our rental waiting list to receive information about available rental properties and housing opportunities in their preferred service area, based on their selected communication preferences.

Our website allows prospective renters and other interested individuals to voluntarily request communications about rental availability, housing opportunities, and related services.

This policy explains how individuals may subscribe to these communications, how their preferences are managed, and how they may discontinue promotional messages.

2. Voluntary Registration and Consent

Individuals may register for Unicorn Property Management, LLC's rental waiting list by completing the designated website form.Our registration process may request information such as name, email address, telephone number, preferred rental state, anticipated move-in timeframe, and other information relevant to the inquiry.

Individuals may separately choose whether to receive promotional communications by email or text message.Consent to receive promotional communications is voluntary and is not a condition of joining the rental waiting list, submitting a rental application, or obtaining housing services.

Submitting a waiting-list form does not constitute a rental application or guarantee housing availability, application approval, priority placement, or a rental offer.

Individuals who expressly subscribe to rental marketing emails may receive notifications concerning available rental properties, rental opportunities, and related housing information in their selected state. Our communications are intended to accurately describe the properties or services being promoted.Unicorn Property Management, LLC does not intentionally use misleading subject lines, deceptive sender information, or false representations regarding rental availability. Marketing emails identify Unicorn Property Management, LLC as the sender and include an opportunity to unsubscribe.

4. Text Message Communications

When SMS marketing services are available, individuals who separately provide the appropriate consent may receive text messages from Unicorn Property Management, LLC concerning rental availability and related waiting-list opportunities. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.Individuals may withdraw their consent to promotional text messages at any time using the opt-out instructions provided in those messages, including replying STOP where supported.Email marketing consent does not automatically constitute consent to receive SMS marketing, and SMS marketing consent does not automatically constitute consent to receive email marketing.

Unicorn Property Management, LLC may use third-party platforms to administer website forms, maintain contact records, deliver communications, and manage rental-related services.
